We are a 100% volunteer organization and we strive to help the under served in our
communities and beyond! Our philanthropic efforts and
programs stretch across the country as volunteers work to make a difference in
the lives of many. The NATCA Charitable Foundation has no paid employees and
volunteers are the backbone of our operations and programs. We are proud that
our operating expense ratio remains below 5% since 2001. Be sure to visit our "Hot

Our Mission
The National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) Charitable Foundation is
organized for the purpose of assisting charitable, educational, scientific, or other
activities benefiting or serving the common welfare.
