Each year, at the NATCA in Washington annual legislative conference, NATCA members gain legislative training and voice NATCA's issues with Congressional leaers.  NATCA's lobbying effort partnered with NATCA ppa45c4083.pngCharitable Foundation's fund-raising effort create an atmosphere of good people doing great things.
NATCA Charitable Foundation continued its tradition of a 'mystery wine auction' consisting of an amazing collection of fabulous favorites donated by attending NATCAvists.  A special highlight of our NiW auction are the many Congressional donations received from Senators & Representatives across the country.  US flags flown over the Capitol;, Congressional Cookbooks, ppe2d9a5c7.pngAutographed books, Congressional memorabilita, Capitol tour donations, and lunches with individual Members of Congress were just a few of the speciality items available for bidding.
It is impressive to see the level of philanthropy and support from our political leaders donated in the name of the NATCA Charitable Foundation.
The incredible outpouring of donations from other generous NCF supporters made this year's auction the largest to date with over 160 items.  NCF is ecstatic to report this year's "Challenge of the Boards" was a sweeping victory for the NCF Board of Directors, a first time win for us in the challenge with the NEB to raise the most funds.

Warm regards to ZHU NATCA Local with their Grand Prize Donation pp72b654c5.pngBasket, a wine and cigar enthusiast's dream accolade.  Special kudos to all the supporters of the NiW Speaker's Luncheon.  This year's table sponsors included a special tribute honoring NATCA President Emeritus Barry Krasner.  NCF would like to send a special thanks to the following individuals and Locals for their table sponsorship:  ZHU, HCF, DFW, I90, ZAU, ZFW, ZME, ZNY, N90, ZTL NATCA, MIA Tower/Tracon, Rick Baugh, NATCA Safety Committee, Paul Rinaldi and Trish Gilbert.
Thanks to the following volunteers for their hard work and hours to bring the evening to the success we achieved:  Jason Arnold, Suzie Carpenter, Butch Cooper, Mitch Herrick, Bob & Robin Hill, Brody & Linda McCray, Andy McGowan, Cathy Meachum, Marlene Mendel, Elena & Jerry Nash, Karen Smith, Denise Spencer, Brelis Spiller, Marc Tomlin, and Joe Zimmermann.
